Signing up to Springbox gymnastics classes

Springbox classes are available for all ages 2-teens and all abilities welcomed. we have pre school, recreational and also competition squad classes - (this class is invite for trial) if you are already in a 2 or 4 piece competition squad please get in contact.
By signing up to these classes in the form below you are agreeing to the following.
- fees are due before the beginning of a full term after the second chase an admin charge of £10 will be added (if you are having any problems please email springboxgc@gmail.com)
- For your gymnasts to partake in class must have insurance via www.igauk.justgo.com a full list of the insurance and membership documents which are included in your sign up fee to the IGA will be here.
Once you have signed up and submitted it will take you to the insurance website where you will need to sign up and linked to springbox this insurance is renewed yearly in September The IGA will let us know once completed and affiliated to our club.
- When signing up to our classes you are agreeing to our 1 terms notice which must be given at the beginning of term by email to us if you wish to leave as otherwise fees for the next term will still be chargeable.
- At sign up we must also know your position on photo permission in the relevant box - if you have a complete photo ban you must let us know. we use photos/videos (without names) on our website and social media outlets to promote the club and its gymnasts from time to time the local press or gymnastics partners may use our photos too with our permission.
As a general rule all children taking part in competitions will have photos taken by a professional company who the event organiser uses. all staff that take images hold a DBS. We also request you complete the medical box honestly and if there is anything that you would like to discuss please email springboxgc@gmail.com for anything.
- Our classes do have a waiting area outside the gym in the corridors if you wish to wait not inside apart from preschool parent led sessions however you will be invited to a watching week once a term to see your Childs progress.
- Lastly the contact number that you give will be used to add for a contact WhatsApp group this is how we communicate club details so that you are able to get information straight away but to also contact us in the event of any emergency please be respectful in these groups this will be how springbox communicates apart from invoices which are emailed.

- For squad gymnasts only if you are part of squad we have a rule that you will only train with springbox and not other clubs, This can result in becoming banned from competitions if you are competing in the incorrect category for level and hours. also note that the squad there will be fees for competitions which you are expected to work towards and purchase of a club training & squad leotards and squad uniform that must be worn to represent the club.

❌ late term fees being paid and information on giving notice❌
These can really affect the cash flow of a club 😞. This being done Last Minute cancellations means we don’t have time to fill your space for a new term and some classes even have waiting lists. This means much needed funds to cover cost of coaches employed and hall hire is reduced savings for new equipment and training money diminished.
As per our terms and conditions set out on our sign up page when you sign up to springbox we require 1 terms notice otherwise your fees will still be invoiced and due for payment.
We have lots of lovely loyal members who understand and have been with us for years which we are very grateful for 💖💙
*changes* from the incoming terms we are going to be coming inline with many other clubs as the current pay for term isn’t working and we will be charging in advance for your fees. Next term fees will be sent at February half term to be paid within 2 weeks or a late payment charge of £10 will be issued. September term fees will be sent may half term and so on. All payments are to be paid in advance or your gymnast will not be able to take part in the new term. New members will pay from joining and then from the half term for the next term. If you choose that you don’t want to return for the following new term when you get your invoice is when you email with notice.
We hope you understand, we already have a number of members paying like this but unfortunately we have had a large number of people signing up and either not paying fees and coming or just not giving notice which can affect the number, wait lists and qualified coaches that teach.
We do absolutely realise times are tough but we are providing a service if your experiencing difficulties please get in contact we also work with the charity henley educational trust who maybe able to assist if you are experiencing hardship.
