Signing up to Springbox gymnastics classes

Springbox classes are available for all ages 2-teens and all abilities welcomed. we have pre school, recreational and also competition squad classes - (this class is invite for trial) if you are already in a 2 or 4 piece competition squad please get in contact.
By signing up to these classes in the form below you are agreeing to the following.
- Fees are due in advance before the beginning of a full term after the second chase an admin charge of £10 will be added (if you are having any problems please email springboxgc@gmail.com)
- For your gymnasts to partake in class must have insurance this is included in your yearly club membership charged in September or when you start gymnastics throughout the year.
A full list of the insurance and membership documents which are included in your sign up fee.
- At sign up please can you confirm your position on photo permission in the relevant box - if you have a complete photo ban you must let us know. we use photos/videos (without names) on our website and social media outlets to promote the club and its gymnasts from time to time the local press or gymnastics partners may use our photos too with our permission.
As a general rule all children taking part in competitions will have photos taken by a professional company who the event organiser uses. all staff that take images hold a DBS. We also request you complete the medical box honestly and if there is anything that you would like to discuss please email springboxgc@gmail.com for anything.
- Our classes do have a waiting area outside the gym in the corridors if you wish to wait not inside apart from preschool parent led sessions however you will be invited to a watching week once a term to see your Childs progress.
- Contact number that you give will be used to add for a contact WhatsApp group this is how we communicate club details so that you are able to get information straight away but to also contact us in the event of any emergency please be respectful in these groups this will be how springbox communicates apart from invoices which are emailed.
when signing up to any springbox classes you are agreeing to our code of conduct as both parent and gymnast. code of conduct can be found on our pages
- When signing up to our classes we kindly and respectfully ask for 1 terms notice in writing by email to the club to notify us this enables us to contact children on the wait list otherwise fees will be due and non refundable.
- * For squad gymnasts only * if you are part of squad we have a rule that you will only train with springbox and not other clubs, This could result in being disqualified from competitions if you are competing in the incorrect category for level and hours training as we are competing with local clubs in the county. Also please note that when joining squad there will be fees for competitions which you are expected to work towards and purchase of a current club training & squad leotards and squad uniform that must be worn to represent the club.
Squad also train all throughout the year which comes with extra costs to the normal termly fees. Holiday camps, holiday evening sessions are expected for joining squad and competing to keep up the hard work and conditioning for national events along with choreograph dance fees for floor routines to music when moving into the Elite levels in 4 peice and changing from floor and vault comps.
