Springbox squad classes are available for all ages 5-teens through a trial.

our squad classes are Wednesday and Saturday in Henley and Thursday & Saturday in Wallingford. 

​

our squad classes are built on lessons plans around The British Gymnastics handbooks.

Elite 4 piece squad (2-3 sessions a week) that will compete from county level and invitationals.

Development squad (1-2 sessions a week) who will compete at floor and vault and invitational 4 peice training 2-5 hours a week.  

​

Both squad we require an initial invite and trial.

​

For competing squad gymnasts only  if you are part of squad we have a rule that you will only train with springbox and not for other gymnastics clubs.

We need you to be competing in the correct level and catergories. 

Please note that the squad will have additional fees for competitions which you are expected to work towards and compete each year for appropriate competitions also purchase of a club training & current squad leotard & uniform to compete in (these change every 2 years new leotard design latest design launched NOV 2025 (new design for ordering) and squad uniform that must be worn to represent the club.

We also offer 121 sessions at our Henley branch only between 8-8:30 and 8:30-9:00 on a Saturday morning these session are £40 for 30 mins or we also do a  1 hour special offer at £75 for a 121 

- once 121 are booked we have a 48 hr cancellation policy where fees will still be payable if cancelled.

​Training camps, holiday camps throughout the holidays plus a minimum of x 3 in summer expected, essential to keep up the training, conditioning & progress towards competing.

children competing in elite levels must be attending at least 5 hours a week over 2 days.

Springbox competes at county & regional competitions and local invitational along with our own fantastic club competitions.

Payment for elite level competitions for entry and coach/judge attendance is £60 we will advise and highlight next to comp if this is any different. 

for most comps spectator tickets are £5 per person we will advise if this is to be paid with the comp entry or on the day.
