ELITE SQUAD 

Ages 8+ years Our Elite Squad members train 2-3 times per week and and with the aim to compete at county, regional level.​

Our elite squad members are aged from 8-16 years usually starting with us from preschool or recreational classes but do join later from other sports. elite squad requires dedication and a want to compete and practice to a high standard. Our Coaches have 20-40 years experience in not only coaching squad to compete but also from the very start of the gymnastics journey.

Saturdays at Henley branch 9-12pm 

1 other squad class can either be 

Wednesday Henley 5-7:30pm or Thursday Wallingford 5-6:30 - please speak to your squad coach about the different venues. 

​

Elite are working towards classic challenge cup rules which can be found below and our students will be working on levels Tin, Zync, Copper depending on ability please speak to your coach if you are not sure which one your gymnast is working towards this year. 

​

We also participate in the yearly grades gymnasts will be required to perform a excellent range and conditioning routine along with 4 piece equipment routines we work on prep 1,2 and development 1,2,3 currently.

Please remember within elite squad as we need to keep the training consistent through holidays it is expected that you can join as many holiday camps, additional training where available as possible and 121 on Saturday mornings at Henley before training when requiring additional support to keep  the hard work and development going.

membership to springbox & BG insurance for competing will be £65 yearly charged in September - September or when Joining or upgrading to squad throughout the year.

​

essential part of squad you will require chalk, handguards, leg weights for conditioning starting at 0.5kg and please always remember your water for rehydration.
